This Agreement
This Referral Partner Incentive Program (Tier 2) is made and entered into by and between Dr. Sherry Perez, LLC, an limited liability company existing under the laws of the State of Maryland, with a principal place of business located at 4157 Mt. Rd, Pasadena, MD 21122(“Company”), and all referral partners of any products, (“Referral Partner”). Both Company and Referral Partner are referred to collectively herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to establish the terms and conditions under which Referral Partner may market, promote, and sell products or services on behalf of Company and earn commissions on those sales.
Incentives
Rate: Referral Partner will receive
*$25 thank-you gift card for referrals who apply for Business Funding,
*$25 thank-you gift card for referrals who sign up for Start Your Work-From-Home Opportunity, and
*$50 thank-you gift card for referrals who sign up to restore, build, or monitor their personal credit
Where applicable, your referral must enter your name in the text box "how did you hear about us" on the opt-in form, so you can receive credit. Or send an email to support@drsherryperez.com with the name and product of your referral to ensure you receive credit.
How to Refer Someone Using Your Link
1. Share Your Referral Link
Copy and share your referral link with potential clients via email, social media, or direct message. Your referral must use your link to sign up or purchase a service.
2. Notify Us About Your Referral
To ensure you receive credit, send an email to support@drsherryperez.com with the subject line:“Referral Submission – [Your Name]”
3. In the email, include: Your full name The name of the person you referred, the service they signed up for and the date they signed up.
4.Track Your Referrals
Once we verify the referral, we will confirm your credit via email. Rewards or commissions will be processed according to our payout schedule.
Important Notes:
✔️ Referrals must be new customers who have not previously engaged with our services.
✔️ The referred person must complete the signup or purchase process for you to be eligible.
✔️ Payout details and timelines will be communicated upon confirmation of a successful referral. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at support@drsherryperez.com.
Payment Schedule: Incentives will be paid to the Referral Partner on the 1st day of each month for verified referrals made in the preceding month.
Payment Method: Incentives will be paid by Visa Gift card delivered via email.
Restrictions
Paid Advertisements: Referral Partner is expressly prohibited from using any form of paid advertisements to promote. Violation of this term may result in immediate termination of this Agreement and forfeiture of any earned commissions.
Term and Termination
Term: This Agreement will begin on the Effective Date and will continue until terminated by either Party.
Termination: Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other Party.
Miscellaneous
Governing Law: This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or written, between the Parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
